What is our return and exchange window?
Our return and exchange window is open for 3 days from receipt of order by the recipient. No return or exchange request will be accepted post this period.
In case of ‘article/product damage during transit’ the return/exchange window is 24hrs. No request concerning this will be accepted post this period

How to initiate return and exchange process
To return or exchange an article you need to write to us at huesofspring@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram. You need to mention the following details in the mail,
1. Order no
2. Articles you wish to exchange
3. Reason of return/exchange
4. A picture of article concerned

What is the return/exchange process?
After receiving your request we will examine all the details and if satisfied, we will initiate the process. A response to your request will be send within 24hrs of receipt of mail.
No return/exchange request will be accepted on following grounds,
1. Damage post delivery
2. Slight colour variation
Once the request is accepted we will initiate the process by scheduling return pickup from recipients address. Pickup attempt will be made within next 3 business days. The article should be handled over to the pickup executive in its original package when attempt is made. You will be notified once the return is received by us. In rare cases where the return pickup is not possible, the customer has to courier the products back to us.
The article should be in unused condition and in original packaging.
The product amount will be credited back to your account once we have received the return and quality check is done. Refund of shipping charges is not allowed. A nominal amount of ₹80 will be charged to cover the return shipping charges. The customer can also opt to send the product back to us. In that case no return shipping amount will be charged.
In case of exchange, new article will be dispatched from our end. Nominal amount of ₹100 will be charged to cover return shipping reshipping cost.
Please note, a nominal amount of 150 INR along with the shipping charges will be deducted in case the customer refuses the delivery or the order comes back to us due to customers fault.

Can we exchange it for a different article?
Yes, you can exchange it for another article of same or higher value. On successful quality check we will notify you and any balance amount will be settled before dispatch of new article from our end.
