Return Policy
At Hues Of Spring, each piece of resin jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We truly value your support and strive to offer a fair and transparent return process while preserving the integrity of our handmade offerings.

1. Do We Allow Returns?

Yes, we accept returns only, under specific conditions mentioned below.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

2. What Is Our Return Window?

  • General Returns: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, email us at huesofspring@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram (@huesofspring) with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name of the item(s) to be returned
  3. Reason for return
  4. Clear photos of the product (showing any damage, if applicable)

We will review and respond to your request within 24 hours.

4. What Happens After the Return is Approved?

  • Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup within 3 business days or provide self-shipping instructions.
  • The product must be in unused condition, packed securely in its original packaging.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, and it passes our quality check, you will receive a gift card equal to the product value, minus the original shipping fee and a ₹100 return shipping charge.

5. Refund Format & Validity

  • The refund will be in the form of a Hues Of Spring Gift Card, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • The gift card can be used only once and cannot be split across multiple orders.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

6. Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, worn, or tampered with after delivery
  • The request is raised after the 3-day window
  • Damage is due to mishandling after receipt
  • The return is requested due to minor color or size variations caused by natural flower preservation processes

7. Charges Applicable

  • Return Shipping Fee: ₹100 per return (deducted from the gift card amount)
  • Self-Shipping: No fee will be deducted if you choose to courier the item back at your own cost
  • Refused or Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or unreachable contact details, a ₹150 fee plus original shipping will be deducted before issuing a gift card

8. Can I Exchange for Another Product?

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges.

You may return the item (subject to approval) and use the gift card received to place a new order of your choice.

9. Can I Return Sale Items?

Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order during promotions.
